- End-to-end program management and operations
- Brand onboarding and ecosystem activation
The program features over 100 participating brands, delivering curated lifestyle rewards and driving customer engagement across the UAE.

Gamified Rewards Platform for Financial Engagement
Mercury Payments engaged us to design and deliver a purpose-built platform aimed at supporting blue-collar workers and incentivizing money transfers through rewards and gamification. Our scope included:
